As featured on BBC Radio Sheffield!

It was a decade that shaped the world, a decade of cultural revolution and the breaking down of barriers. The Sixties had everything - girl groups, boy bands, Motown, psychedelia, mods, rockers, folk, and the British Invasion.
"Sounds of the Sixties" featured over 200 singers, a full light show, and the fantastic 60s band The Magic Mushrooms, who put a smile on everyone's face!
We had 60s pop from Dusty Springfield and The Foundations, close harmony from The Hollies and The Drifters, rock from The Who, and something a bit more spaced out from Procul Harem and David Bowie. And of course, there was a tribute to Sheffield's own Joe Cocker, and his legendary performance at the Woodstock Festival in 1969.
This was another sell-out performance from BeVox at The Octagon - getting to be a bit of a habit!
