Privacy policy

Your personal information

We hold the minimum amount of personal information that we can, whilst still being able to deliver our services. We store your information securely. If you want to see a copy of the information we have about you, you can request this at any time. You can also request changes to be made to the information we store about you if it is incorrect. We use two information processing companies to assist with processing your data - Foxsoft Ltd, for BeVox OnLine (privacy policy here), and MailChimp, for mass emails (privacy policy here).

We do not release contact details of any of our singers to anyone else, including other singers, without prior permission. If you want to contact another singer but don't have their contact details, contact us and we will be happy to pass your details on to the person you wish to contact, and ask them to contact you if they choose.

Email addresses

We do not disclose your email address to anyone, unless required to do so by law. We send regular emails to our singers. If you ever want to stop receiving emails from us, simply click on the "unsubscribe" link that is included in every one of our emails. We will remove you from our mailing list immediately. Please note that this means you will not receive emails about forthcoming events, changes to venues etc.

Performing

The vast majority of our performances are, by their very nature, public. It is likely that photographs will be taken, and possibly videos too, which are then likely to be shared via social media. We may take photos or videos ourself, and use them to promote the choir. If you are not comfortable with your image being used in these ways, we would recommend that you don't take part in any of our public events - and let us know, so we can ensure you aren't included in any photographs taken during our usual weekly sessions.
